The Fine Print

• Glassware, equipment and props are on a hire basis only.
• Any breakages or losses to Lovemittie property will be charged:
• Standard Glassware $4 per loss.  Coupe Glasses $8 per loss. 
• Glassware must be returned washed unless ‘glassware washing’ was specified in your package
• Unwashed Glassware returned will be charged at .45cents per glass.
• Equipment and props damages will be charged at the market value + 10%.  
• A deposit of 10% will be required at the time of booking to secure your booking.
• Payment of your order is to be made in full upon receipt of your goods and services.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cocktail and Beverage Package Booking require 72 hours notice of intent to cancel.  Cancellation within 72 hours of the booking will be charged at 50% of total costs.

Drink Station Package Booking requires 48 hours of notice of intent to cancel. Cancellation within 48 hours of the booking will be charged at 100% of total costs.

Equipment, Glassware & Waiting Staff Booking require 24 hours of notice of intent to cancel.  Cancellation within 24 hours of the booking will be charged at 100% of total costs.
